Hello guys,
New member, long time scanner listener, well, truth be told, I just pulled it out from about a 6 year hiatus.
So I want to at least dump the freqs I have loaded into a spreadsheet, solved the data cable conversion issue today, but am not having much luck with the data transfer. I downloaded the bc245xlt software that's in the files section but it doesn't seem to be working for me. It that out of date and no longer functional?
I'm running Windows XP (still) is there a software (free) program that works well? I would ultimately love to watch/scan on the computer screen. But at this point I would just like to get the frequencies dumped so I can see what is where, it's been a long time.
Thanks in advance!
Have a great weekend!
Bill Mitchell
